De Bokay has more than twenty years experience in the industry — first as Director of Marketing for Twentieth Century Fox Theatrical in Paris and, subsequently, as Vice-President/International Marketing for Turner Pictures Worldwide Distribution in Los Angeles. Prior to that, he had worked for some ten years in European international marketing and advertising with the Ted Bates Advertising Group, both in Paris and New York. De Bokay received his MBA equivalent in marketing and international business from the University of Paris IX Dauphine.

For the past three years, de Bokay has been operating his own worldwide sales and marketing consultancy, Golya Entertainment, in Los Angeles and Paris. Malo Girod de lıAin noted, ³The time is right for us to open our operations in Los Angeles, and we are fortunate to have someone with Patrickıs experience and knowledge of the industry available to join us. He will play a leading role as we step up our sales and marketing activities worldwide.²

De Bokay said, ³I have been following the progress made by Filmfestivals.com as it has grown over the past few years and have been very impressed by what they have achieved. I am looking forward to being a part of their continued expansion as they grow their interactive online world premieres and their monthly syndicated film festivals television show.²

Bruno Chatelin, former Managing Director of UGC/Fox Distribution in Paris, added, ³I have known Patrick since his days at UGC/Fox and his capabilities will be an exact fit for the sales and marketing job we need to be done. He has the right contacts in Los Angeles and is the person to move our Hollywood office forward. Patrick will expand our partnerships with rights holders, studios, and independents.²
